Yin Yoga focuses on staying with postures, with support,  for extended periods, usually 3-5 mins, whilst targeting the deep connective tissues and promoting a sense of surrender and release.

Restorative yoga involves fully supported and relaxing poses that encourage rest and rejuvenation. Within the serene ambiance of Restorative Yin postures, we embrace empowering affirmations, nurturing both body and soul.
