Cancellation and Refund Policy for Yoga/Sound Healing Courses, Individual, Group & 1-2-1 Sessions + Retreats

 

Terms & conditions:

Cancellation & Refund for 1-2-1 Yoga or Sound Healing Sessions

​

• Cancellation needs to be made a minimum of 24hours before the appointed time. The appt can be rescheduled at no charge. 

• Cancellations of less than 24hours will be charged at the normal rate.

• If you have paid a deposit, then I’m afraid that this will be non-refundable. 

• In the event of LESS than 24hours notice but MORE than 2 hours notice.

• You are welcome to offer your session to a friend or family member.

• No Refunds can be made on multiple session advanced payments.

• In the case of long illness or similar the period to enjoy the sessions can be extended.

 

Cancellation & Refund for Courses

​

• 75% refund up to 10 days before start date of Yoga course/ programme. No refunds thereafter.

• You are encouraged to transfer your fee to another course (if dates available) OR gift/exchange/sell your place to friend or family member. Please advise SMYS in this eventuality.

• Each refund will incur a minimum of £5 and a max of £10 admin & processing fee dependent on the type of session or course booked.

• Exchange/transfer to another course will be free of charge in the Virst instance & chargeable thereafter.

• Please contact SMY&S within the time window to request for a refund. Certain programs do not allow a refund. Refunds made for ofVline payments like cash will be made only through online methods (bacs or paypal) for traceability.

• Please allow up to 14 days for refund processing

• In case you leave the course/program for any reason, you are not eligible for a refund. This will be considered as a cancellation of your registration.

Re-Registration/Exchange Policy for Yoga/Sound Healing Course or Programs

​

• It may be possible to re-register for the same course/program at a later date or transfer to another course/program if you are unable to attend the course/program you are registering for.

• A £10 re-registration fee is applicable.

• You can register for the same class/program or other of interest within 6 months of the originally registered program start date. If the program fee has increased, you will have to pay the difference in fee in addition to the re-registration fee.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy for ONE-off classes/sessions of Group Yoga /Sound Healing Session – advance booking & payment

​

• There will be no refunds for these sessions.

• You are welcome to gift your place to a friend or family member. Please advise SMY&S at least 2 hours before the class/session. The onus will be on the student/client to offer the mat space & will not be the responsibility of SMY&S.

• You are able to transfer your booking to another session with a minimum of 24 hrs notice.

Special Circumstances Refund and Cancellation policy:

​

• Please note that there will be no refund under any ‘normal’ circumstances.

• Special circumstances such as bereavement, serious accident, severe illness or the choiceless necessity to leave the country, which may totally preclude you from joining a course/program/session at a later date will be considered.

• You cannot take part if you test positive for COVID-19 in the isolation time before the course or session begins. However, your registration is valid for 6 months and you can choose to attend any of the upcoming dates of the Yoga /Sound Healing course/sessions that you originally registered for.

• Please allow up to 4 weeks to process any ‘Special Circumstance’ refund.

• There will be no refunds available for no-show on any course, retreat, program or session.
