Shivani Maria offers truly transformative Yin Yoga classes, diving deeper into the realms of self-discovery and healing that Yoga, at its heart, offers. These themes infuse Shivani Maria’s Yin & Restorative practices with a profound connection to the natural cycles of life, allowing us to find harmony within ourselves and the universe.

Yin Yoga focuses on staying with postures, with support,  for extended periods, usually 3-5 mins, whilst targeting the deep connective tissues and promoting a sense of surrender and release.
