About the event
Welcome to a deeply nurturing experience combining Restorative Yin Yoga with the gentle support of Yoga hammocks. In this truly unique series of Yin Yoga in Silks , you are invited to slow down, soften, and be held — both literally and energetically.
There is also an option to join us for a Soul Sanctuary Soundbath In Hammocks .
With a total of 3 Restorative Yin sessions happening this Autumn ( 13/9, 11/10, 15/11) this makes for a truly, deeply restorative gift for you and your precious nervous system.
Shivani Maria will guide you through a sequence of grounded, long-held, fully supported postures designed to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and create a sense of spaciousness throughout the body. The low slung hammock acts as a tender cocoon, allowing joints to decompress, muscles to relax, and the breath to move freely without strain.
