About the event

Welcome to a deeply nurturing experience combining Restorative & Yin Yoga with the gentle support of Yoga hammocks. In this special series, you are invited to slow down, soften, and be held — both literally and energetically.

USE Coupon code YogaSilk7 to save £7 on your Hammock space - until Fri 20th March @ 22:22

Shivani Maria will guide you through a sequence of grounded, long-held, fully supported postures designed to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and create a sense of spaciousness throughout the body. The low slung hammock acts as a tender cocoon, allowing joints to decompress, muscles to relax, and the breath to move freely without strain.

Accompanying the practice, Lisa-Marie will weave an immersive live Hand pan soundscape, creating a resonance that naturally encourages deeper rest. The vibrations of the hand pan help the mind settle, support emotional release, and invite a deeply meditative state.
