This is a four week series of Yin Yoga practices accompanied by the LIVE  sounds of Himalayan & Crystal Bowls as well as the divine contribution of Koshi Chimes.

Come to 1 or ALL 4 Sessions (or anywhere in between) - 10 Mat Spaces ONLY 

 Himalayan Bowls can be applied directly to your body* during Yin Yoga poses to enhance & deepen your experience of the inner dimensions of You. 

Chakra Crystal bowls & chimes create the soundscape for Savasana, The Yogic Relaxation practice.

You will receive the balancing & mind-stilling sound, frequency & resonance of the Himalayan & Crystal bowls. 

The chatter of the mind becomes more easefully silenced, the body softens, and the inner space opens up. 

This is the very space where the silent, compassionate witness, your eternal wisdom resides. 

The very place from which your Creativity, Acceptance & Self-Love spring forth.

Where? The Anderida Community, Lewes Rd, Forest Row, RH18 5ES (next Java n Jazz)

What Time? 7.30-9pm.  

Wednesdays  28/9, +  5/10, 12/10, 19/10   

EARLY BIRD til 14/9 for all 4 sessions = £52.00 (£13 each)
