This Yin Yoga exploration, accompanied by Crystal Bowls, will take you on a journey through the human energy system, the 7 key energy centres from root to crown.

During the practice each Yin yoga asana will represent a chakra and will be sounded by the associated Crystal Bowl and affirmations related to that energy centre (chakra) and aspect of your Life

The close of the practice will be a Crystal Bowl Soundbath meditation relaxation incorporating eight Crystal bowls and chimes.
