A sound bath is a unique meditative experience that combines the healing power of sound with the calming effects of meditation. During a sound bath session, participants lie down and are immersed in a soothing atmosphere of sound created by a variety of instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other nature based instruments.
In these sessions you will also be bathed in the live, divine vocals & unique sacred songs of guest singers
