Join sound energy practitioners Shivani Maria and Leticia for a deeply connecting and transformative one hour-long journey, set in the serene ambiance of Sweet Chestnut Studio, The Anderida Practice, Forest Row.

As you BOTH  step into our tranquil space, the gentle resonance of Himalayan bowls will greet you, setting the stage for a journey through sound and sensation. 

Letizia's skilled Reiki practice will intertwine with Shivani Maria's touch with chimes and nature sound instruments  as they both weave a tapestry of healing vibrations, through Himalayan bowls that resonate with the HEARTS of you both.

 Before the session, we invite you to share the essence of your journey together, allowing us to tailor the soundscapes to the rhythm of your relationship.

Shivani Maria is a compassionate space holder and passionate Insight (Yin )Yoga teacher who has been practising Yoga for 25 years & teaching since 2003.

A Qualified Sound Healing practitioneer with the College of Sound Healing, she creates & offers unique, re-balancing, transformative sessions of Sound healing, Wellness Coaching & Yoga; sessions that bring depth, clarity, inspiration & connection. She facilitates healing wholeness through the use of Yoga, Breathwork, Gongs, Himalayan /Crystal Bowls and Tuning Forks

Leticia is a reiki master and energy worker who met Tibetan singing bowls as healing instruments many years ago ; the experience left her with a deep sense of presence, clarity and awe, she knew she had to learn more about them. The next day she started her training and now she loves offering vibroacustic and energy healing to people seeking to feel rooted, to bring changes in their lifes, to work towards their physical or emotional wellbeing 

She is mother of a little one and she has been  off, enjoying life and her family. Working with Shivani is a great opportunity to return to her passion.
